Possible stupid question, here.
So, if some tanks, like the Herakles and the ijust 2 are compatible with Atlantis coils, could the opposite be true? I am currently in the market for another tank, and am considering the Atlantis v2 for this reason. I already have the fore mentioned tanks, and I love their coils. So, I'm trying to not have to buy so many different coils. Also, what is your opinion on the overall performance of the Atlantis v 2? (leakage, etc.)

Although a number of tanks can accept the Aspire coils, the reverse is typically not true.

Simply because the Aspire tanks require coils to be threaded into the chimney. Most other tank coils on the whole are minus the threading at the top end of the coil and thus are not compatible with Aspire tanks.

I can rule some out for you from experience with using them:

1) Herakles coils aren't compatible with the Aspire Atlantis
2) Freemax/Vapeston including the Pro coils are not compatible
3) Tobeco Supertank coils are also not compatible
4) Beyond Vape coils not compatible

None of these tanks require the coils to be theaded into the chimney and all lack the required threading at the top end of the coil.

I would suggest going with the Freemax Starre or Freemax Starre Pro it's an excellent tank. Can use all the aforementioned coils including the Aspire ones. Or you can go for the Ehpro Morph, which comes with adapters allowing you to use your chosen coil from a number of manufacturers, but know very little about the tank itself.

As for the Aspire Atlantis v2, it's a well made tank and have never had an issue with leaking. However I just didn't like it and gave it to a friend. The draw was too airy and the flavours too muted unless you are powering it at high wattages, where if you like a really hot Vape it can blow clouds for days.

Thank you so much for your help. I didn't know the Freemax could take those coils. Will definitely look into that one. I'll have to rewatch some reviews.

The Super Tank coils are threaded on the top and bottom. You do have to thread it into the chimney.

My bad, you are totally right. I use the Supertank coils in my Freemax and Silo Beast. Fit like a charm

ill second the freemax/maganus tank
and as soon as i perfect rebuilding their pre built coils with an identical DVC style coil in titanium it will be one amazing vape, bu wicking 100% vg has minor issues with this tank using vertical coils

I have a question, I'm not to experienced in vaping. Just bought a starre pro tank, I used to have an alantis 2, I bought the gclapton coils. Will they work with my new starre tank or do I need new coils?
