Rez Infinite will release for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR on October 13, and in addition to its digital release, the game will see a physical launch courtesy of iam8bit alongside several other pieces of Rez Merchandise, Enhance Games and iam8bit announced today..
Available for $39.99, the Rez Infinite Collector's Physical Edition will be sold in a limited run on iam8bit. Pre-orders will begin for the physical edition on August 19 at 9 a.m. PT. The digital version of the game will cost $29.99.
Additionally, iam8bit will debut a special edition vinyl with a retrospective ark book for $75. The set, with art designed by Cory Schmitz, will include 2 vinyl LPs, as well as a bonus track from the game's new Area X level, on a 7-inch record. The collector's edition vinyl comes packed with a 48-page art book that collects concept art, screens from the game, and a written retrospective featuring Rez's creator Tetsuya Mizuguchi and other members of the original Rez development team.
