Based this around; https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/9611#rhubarb_custard_bar_by_cheebasteeba which looks a really good recipes but I dont have a couple of the concentrates so tried my own version. INW Rhubarb along with there waffle has to be one of the most accurate flavours out there. For me though like the waffle it is both overly potent and almost too realistic. I added the forest fruits, mandarin and cap strawberry to try and sweeten and tone down the sharppness of it and the metaphor was in place of the original recipe poundcake as it is a cake that has grown on me and the citrus element still keeps the kick with the rhubarb. Also have to say I am very impressed with INW custard so far, total opposite of there dissapointing creme brulee concentrate
