Much like the original Aerotank Mega - these have the new airflow system that was brought out on the Aerotank Giant. I find this airflow system a lot better. These use the same exact heads as the aerotanks - so there is nothing extra to buy. These sold 3.5ml of juice and comes with two replacement heads. The tank is made of pyrex glass.
