Royal hunter burning hot

My royal hunter is always getting insanely hot unless I build nickel or 26 gauge builds. Basically I can't do any big builds without burning my lips on the drip tip. Any solutions?

what ohms do you usually run? have you tried using a different chuff tip? i have a delrin chuff tip that transfers only about 15% of the heat compared to the 75%+ i get with metals and other substances. i cant remember if the RH will accept an aftermarket tip or not...

Find a delrin chuff cap.

i can run this good ole' $4.99usd Delrin cap in any of my RDAs that fit (aka all of them lol) and ive never had any uncomfortable heat get transfered

What delrin cap?? All I see is a patch of white..lol if its a white drip tip maybe it would show better against a black background... just sayin
