• You would need a set of drill bits or precision screwdrivers to wrap around or alternatively you could get yourself a coil master coil jig which is easier to use IMO.
• Kanthal wire, NiChrome or Stainless steel etc.
• Pliers and wire cutters. The wire cutters will be used to trim the excess leads/wire and the pliers will be used to pinch the coils if there are any hotspots. You could also use your screwdrivers for this.
• You could use any cotton. Preferably something that isn't bleached etc. Like 100% cotton balls from your drug store or Japanese cotton or Muji or Rayon. You could also use Cotton Bacon V2, Vapers Gold, Kendo or fibre freaks but these are more exoensive.

Maybe do a little reading and pick up some information before you start having a hard time getting along here.

To coil building:
You'll need wire, wick(organic cotton ), nail clippers, a set of screwdrivers and while its not necessity, a coil master jig is a huge help.
You'll also need an ohm meter or at least a regulated mod to check resistance and for shorts.
