Rubber piece doesn't fit ijoy combo

I got my rdta today, but the problem is the rubber piece that came with it doesn't fit either sides of the post area when using single coil build.
How do I fix this problem?

Mine didn't fit very well, but I did manage to get it in eventually. I had to unscrew the deck almost all the way out, got the plug started, then kept pushing it down as I tightened the deck.

I guess it also depends on which deck you have. It will only work on the decks with 4 wicking holes. (Some only have 2)

Ima try again if it works or not, but yeah the only 2 decks I have is velocity style and spring loaded one.

I push it through the wicking holes, maybe an eighth of an inch. It wicks well, and doesn't leak. Haven't experimented with it very much. Too busy vaping it:D

I remove the screw on piece, place the rubber piece on, then put the screw ring on and screw it down. Then I wick it.

I've played around with the wick length and settled on bringing it down to the bottom of the fill hole and it works fine for me, I've never had issues with flooding or dry hits. I use this tank almost every day as it's my designated "cinnamon" tank. I think it's a great tank.

This for the tank. I was describing how I did it with the rda base. My bad.
