After I installed my nano tank with the short chimney my airflow seems tighter? Is this because of the shorter chimney? Not sure why it has a tighter draw now. Just wondering if this is normal?

Is the chimney top tube the same inside diameter as the original? Or perhaps it has a few burrs, or a "rolled" inside edge? - usually happens when the end is cut off with too much pressure.
Not sure I got to put them together and see if they're the same diameter
