Okay I have a Russian 91% V2 with the old pin from the first Russian. So every time I got to put my micro coil on and try to attach the wires the top of the deck moves on it, then I have to line the deck part back up with the insulator and try again and I get one screw on and the deck will move. I have had it together with the first one I had and used it and then the deck moved and caused my provari to give a error to let me know something was wrong and in fact the deck moved while using it and the wire came off the screw. So contacted the vendor about the issue along with it leaking from the 510 connector. So they say send it back and they contacted me back saying it was a defect so they send another one. Well got this one and the deck moves still. I didn't add juice as if the deck moves not going to take a chance with it.
So the vendor says it's a know issue. Well they don't state that on the web site, if they did I wouldn't have gotten it. So wrote them back and want a refund. Then they said the deck is made this way. Now I personally have never read anywhere about the deck is suppose to move. Now was the Russian designed to have the deck move?
Here is what they wrote and I'm copying and pasting but won't say who the vendor is at this moment.
(Vendor reply )I have also just read through this entire thread and as a Russian user, the reason the deck is allowed to move is to allow the insulator to be put in place to keep the entire deck from shorting. This is part of the design intentionally, and while it can be difficult to work with at times it is necessary to keep the device firing instead of just shorting. Hopefully this help to clarify. Please let us know how you would like to proceed
My insulator is in place so have no clue what this man is talking about. Thinking blowing smoke up my ass. So any help would be appreciated
