RX2/3 charging problem...

Hello, today i got mine RX2/3 from fasttech and two Sony VTC4's from visioncig.com (which i hope are authentic not fake rewrap). But i have charging problem. I dont have external charger so currently, until i get external charger, i am using RX2/3 to charge my batteries via usb cable, but when charging the charge stops at 38% and dont go higher. Is that a device problem or the batteries? And the voltage difference is around 0.15v (currently while charging one battery is 3.62v and other one 3.48v) both batteries are brand new and havent been used before, i put them in together. Any suggestions please?
And if the charge keeps stopping at 38% can i use a single battery device to charge one battery and then other one? or that will unmarry them?

EDIT: I used wall plug and it is now charging normally. And if i fully charge the batteries in the device, will the volts at the end be equal or will there be still that 0.10v - 0.15v difference?

You can charge them separately in a one bay charger and use them as a pair.

I don't have a RX2/3 so I can't help with why it doesn't work right. I would guess it's a device problem. Hopefully someone who has one can help.

I had this exact same issue except mine would charge to 80% and stop. After a lot of researching, I contacted Wismec and they had me exchange it for a new one at the retailer I purchased the it from. They won't exchange directly, you have to go back to the place you bought it with a copy of the return authorization that Wismec will email you. My new one is perfect and charging to 100% like its supposed to.

Unfortunately because of where you got yours, this is going to be a pain in the hind end. I think it's the only advantage to paying more at a B&M is that you can go walk in and handle the exchange face to face.

I would contact Fasttech if your problem continues. See if they will exchange without an RA from Wismec. I was made to believe that it could be a safety issue if it's not charging correctly and Wismec didnt want me to continue trying to USB charge it if it wasn't working 100% correctly.

Just FYI, Wismec did reply to my email quickly and was more than happy to help me.
