If they were mine , I would toss them, when in doubt toss it out, didn't you post your mod got wet? If so, those looks to be water damaged.

Possibly water damage, or signs of overheating, toss them.
Friends don't let friends use MXJO's. Rewraps!

This happened to some MNKE 18650s and similar to some Sony VTCx batts I've had:

The discoloration on mine was in big splotches while yours are smaller spots, however I think it's the same kind of thing happening. I've seen pics of batts that had the same small spots as yours do too. Your wrappers are also clear and mine were orange (and green on the VTC's) and the clear will show more change than a colored wrapper. Here is what I found when I took the wrapper of one of the MNKE:

Completely clean and no moisture. They had never become hot. My take is the wrapper can make closer contact with the casing in spots and that can change the color, but that's just my opinion.

If you're worried about it I would take off a wrapper, inspect it and you'll know what's up.

MXJO doesn't make batteries, they re-wrap them with yellow wrappers, and are most likely 20amp Samsung 25r's. No telling how many people had their fingerprints on them before it was wrapped, possibly causing the corrosion. They could have been usable rejects from Samsung as well.
