I started off as mechs when I didn't know much about Vaping, I've been using regulated for a while now and want to switch back now that I've learned a lot more. I was wondering if I can safely Vape the Samsung 25r5's with ohm being at .14 I am using a simple mech mod. it is a 22 gauge 5 wrap around a 3ml screw

NO

Pulling 100% more than what the battery is rated for is stupid.

they have really good pulse ratings. its not 'safe' really but if you do more research into the batteries they have a pulse rating of 60 amps for under a second or something like that and with a fully charged battery with 4.2v at .14ohms you are pulling about 30 amps which the battery can handle in short pulses. people dont recomend running bellow .2 because at 4.2v/.14ohm=21amps and the 25r's are 22amp continuous discharge batteries. they can handle 45 amps for like 5 seconds or so as well so with that build you would be within the pulse rating and not likely to blow yourself up but i wouldn't recommend using it for long pulls
