Has anyone had any expierence with these? They're the green 25r's. Just ordered a new Sigelei 150w and picked up a couple pair of these from Illumn along with a new charger for them since they were out of the regular blue Samsung 25r's that I usually use. Also, this is is my first regulated device, as I usually use unregulated parallel box mods. And since these batteries will be stacked in series, I know the mAh doesn't double like it does with parllel batteries, so am I going to probably be re-charging these half way through my day? My parallel batteries will last me about a whole day before I have to charge them. Thanks in advance.

The mah doesn't double with series, but the amp load is split between batteries. Theoretically the amp load is split evenly, but in practical terms one battery will bear slightly more of the amp load than the other. However, two batteries sharing the amp load won't drain any faster than a single battery taking all the load at any given amperage. I am using a single 25r in a 30w mod, and the battery life is great!

The nice thing about regulated mods is it doesn't matter whether the batteries are in series or parallel, the ultimate effect of doubling the life you get from the batteries is the same (assuming you don't run it at double the watts ;) )

And yes the Samsung 25R5 is an awesome battery. You shouldn't notice any difference from the blues other than they'll probably last a bit longer before needing to be replaced.

Thanks for the timely responses guys. Unfortunately my Sigelei 150w got sent back because I put my zip code wrong. My batteries and new Nitecore d2 came in though! I do have another battery related question. I've read a few posts that people use a completely separate charger for their Sigelei batteries. I've always used married blue Samsung 25r's for my unregulated box mod, (parallel) but recently my Nitecore i2 has been charging them unevenly.. Stopping one tray around 4.15-4.17 and the other goes to 4.18 usually. My question is: Can I use my new D2 charger to charge both my blue button top Samsung 25's and my new green Samsung 25r's? Or should I have a separate charger for my new ones which will go into my new Sigelei? Thanks in advance.

Separate charger for the mod? Thats absolutely ridiculous. A mod has no idea and doesn't care which charger last charged its batteries... So long as their both charged to the same voltage its fine. But if your old charger is crapping out and not charging properly then it needs to be retired.

I figured it was ridiculous. Just wanted some reassurance. Too bad my Sigelei still isn't here. Got sent back because of wrong zip and it's been stuck in LA for days.. Wonder if I'll ever get it .-.
