seeking suggestions with specific paramaters

I've been searching a lot with little results. I didn't think I was asking for too much but maybe I am

I'm looking for a 5ml+ 510 threaded tank, preferably 25-30 mm wide, that uses readily available 50W prebuilt 316L coils with organic cotton wick

I currently have the innokin isub apex5 but the flavor is good only with fresh coils and they burn out too quickly. I was very happy with my joyetech cubis but I'm looking for higher wattage and more capacity

At somewhat higher wattage and slightly thinner, there's the Uwell Crown 3 with 0.5 coil. Or the Uwell SE-1. Sense Herakles Pro with 0.2 coil.

I recall the old tfv4 may have been the last Smok tank to offer 316 coils. Not sure how available the coils are at this point, but the tank can probably be found without too much trouble.

Tanks smaller than you specify would include the original Crown, Herakles Plus, and Blazer Mini.

You can buy premade coils with cotton wicks, ANY type of coil.....(in case you didn't know that)...
