SEGA will begin quality controlling its own catalog of iOS and Android games, removing them from the App Store and Google Play if they aren't up to its current standards.
A post on SEGA's official blog detailed the initiative earlier today.
Those who have already purchased a game up for removal will get to keep the game on their device, and in their account's purchased apps collection.
Games will remain playable to those who bought them until they're rendered obsolete by incompatible hardware or phone software.
Obsolete technology was actually a big part of what drove SEGA to consider this quality check.
