So I live in VA, and a Senator responds to my email that CASAA basically sends on your behalf. It was apparent he used a copy and paste of some magical figures of the amount of teens using ecigs, and the health risks, but I could tell he wrote the last few sentences to appease me. He mentioned Cole and H.R. 2058, but he explained that this would 'just make a few manufacturers exempt from pre-market review'. Now, I read Tom Cole's proposal, and that is not what I gathered from it. I thought the goal was to change the predicate date. Can someone help me on this? Is he right?
