Should i add sweetener to my juice if i make it only VG and flavorings ?

i know vg is sweet im asking cuz im new and i want to know if adding sweetener to this kind of mix is going to make it sickly sweet.. oh and something more.. i make ejuice from big mouth ready consentrates on the bottle it says pg and flavors so i guess there are traces of pg in the mix but if i were to make a 70/30 vg pg bleng with big mouth, could i add sweetener or these premade consentrates propably have sweetener and the things they require to be on point already in them ???

Some are sweet enough without adding sweeteners. The only way to know if it would need any, is to mix it without, then try it. You may discover it's fine without any. You can always add a little if you think it needs any.

Guessing when making DIY e-Liquid is something I recommend against because you should know what you are mixing. Use a calculator like one found here and make liquids that are accurately measured. Before adding sweetener taste test what you made or it might be too sweet for your taste.
