Should I just keep the wrong mech they sent me?

I ordered a copper Manhatten clone, the one that looks like a fuhatten. They sent me a copper amerape technologies skyline m6 Manhattan. Should I just keep that? Is it equivalent to what I wanted? No price difference? I tried to find voltage drop info but could not locate any.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
