I bought another Reload RTA in gold, I received a SS one. I contacted their support and they immediately shipped a Gold one and sent me via email a shipping label to return the SS.
No fuss, no muss just an apology for the mistake and immediate resolution. THIS is how a company conducts proper customer service!
BTW I just love their gear, the RDA's and RTA's are awesome.
