Following in the steps of rival HBO, Showtime will launch its standalone service in July on Apple devices.
For $10.99 a month you'll get access to Showtime's live programming, along with its entire library of movies and shows on demand. Subscribers will also be able to watch online at showtime.com. A 30-day free trial is being offered for those who sign up through Apple in July.
In a release, Showtime calls Apple its first "partner," and says it will eventually be available on other devices and platforms.
Though no specific date was given for the service launch, Showtime says it will coincide with the new seasons of Ray Donovan and Masters of Sex, which premiere July 12th.
