Sigelei 150W

So I've had my Sigelei 150w for about 1 month or 2. I noticed the wattage goes up and down differently sometimes. Lets say 45w 46w 47w and so on, than sometimes it will go 45.1 45.2 45.3 and so on. Is this normal?

Any settings below 50W will increment/decrement by 0.1W, at 50W and higher, it increments/decrements by 1W.
