It's not a true 200w device. It is not firmware upgradable. It does not support SS. There are better if you want simple. The rouleaux rx200 for example.

I have had mine for about a week now, and it works great. Easy to navigate, feels good in the hand with the parallelogram design and plasticized rubber finish. Does not have screen rotation, so if your right handed the screen is upside down when vaping, but other than that its a solid, well built device. Great price too!:).

I know that after 150 it's pulse. When you say it doesn't support SS, you mean in TC mode?

The only mods that can do accurate TC with SS at the moment are those that can modify their TCR down to SS' level of 0.001. These are:
  1. The Dicodes chip, as found in the Dicodes 2380, Dicodes Dani Extreme v2 and the Pipeline Pro 2 (which is identical to the Dani Extreme v2 besides name/brand)
  2. The Evolv DNA 200 chip, as found in an increasing number of mods or self-buildable
  3. The SXK DNA 40 clones, such as the Zero 50 and 60W clones, rDNA 60W clones (big and small screen), Vapor Flask 40, 50 and 60W clones, and their self-branded big screen Nebula (which in physical form is a clone of the Hana v4s)

But is TC really needed for SS? Na use SS on regular wattage mods with no issues.

I saw a video where the reviewer used SS in TI mode, but I mostly use the Ni200 and kanthal coils, so its a non issue with me.

It's all a matter of preference. The mod its self is solid. Typical sigelli well built does what it is supposed to do. I just like option and availability to upgrade firmware..... Damn new age mods got me spoiled.... Lol

when I go to Vape shops that carry it, they all rave about it, when I go to shops that don't carry it they trash it. I don't trust "reviewers", because I can't help but think about what Cartman on South Park said in "The Passion of the Jew", "If the Road Warrior said it it must be true.". All that said... I have turned to y'all. Does it have a solid construction that isn't going to fall apart on me? Is it going to work well with my Crown, regardless of what coil I use? If I buy an RDA, will it work with most of the common builds? And Lastly... Will I get my money's worth out of it?

Sorry for my rant, Chris. I think you're the only person so far that has said that they have actually used it. I appreciate your input.

I understand wanting to invest your hard earned money into a device that you not only like, but one that will last. The Fuchai is a simple, soild mod that will serve you well for a long time to come. Might want to check local vape shops and get your hands on a few different mods.

I have the Sigelei Fuchai 200w mod and love it! Solid built, comfortable in the hand, easy to use. Way better than the Snow wolf 200w I had before it.

The Snow Wolf is the other one I've looked at. What do you like about it over the Snow Wolf. The Snow Wolf felt fragile to me, just having held the two, side by side. So give me some specifics.

Following with some interest - even though I really want to temp limit SS, the Sig has big appeal to me because my v1 Sig 100s are still running strong after 13 months while both of my iStick 100s crapped out within the last week and with less than 3 months' use on them (not even as daily drivers at that). If the Fuchai is as durable as other Sigelei products, I may be in for a couple more (but why does that blue have to be so damned ugly?!?).

I went through 2 Snow Wolf 200s in a week. The chips burned out on them.

I don't know that I will be Vaping long enough to want to Vape with TC Stainless. Lol. I started this to quit smoking period. I have now been a month with no manuals, I have a 3 month/ per Nic mg plan. I'm at 18mg now. I just want some good gear that's gonna ride this out with me, help me to maximize all these wonderful flavors, and deliver some Beastmo clouds. :)

Did you send them back to Asmodus or did your local Vape Shop just exchange them? That could have been just a bad die of chips. Dies are not big enough to affect entire lot production, so I'm curious... How long have you been using the Sigelei? Do the buttons rattle? How do you like the battery cover and ventilation in comparison to the Snow Wolf? Is the Snow Wolf (other than the chip) as fragile as it feels? I ask all this, because I need tough and durable.

I looked at it, but it isn't practicle for the application. It needs to fit comfortably in my inner coat pocket an not protrude. I am a Superintendent on a Large Construction Site, a Plumber/Pipefitter/Welder by trade, so it really won't do what I need it to do. It's Bad Ass and has all the right abilities, except it's a desk top unit and not portable enough. Also what ever I get has to be able to take a bump or two.

Then the Fuchai sounds like a great fit for you. While I admittedly don't have experience with this particular model, I can vouch for Sigelei's durability.

That's a big part of it, is it durable. So you answered that question.

I exchanged them at my buddies B&M. the wife's Snow Wolf has been awesome, but she has the 1.0. Mine were 1.5s and were junk. The Sigelei Fuchai 200w doesn't rattle or anything. Seems very tough with its rubberized coating. But I will warn you; the magnets on the battery door are not real strong. If you have it in your pocket and move around a lot, it MAY come off. Can't be sure. I put mine in my back pocket all the time with no issues.

Great Info!!! Thanks, these are the answers that I am looking for. Honest input from actual users. So it does not have any clips on the battery cover like the 150 TC does?

Correct. It has 2 guide tabs to keep the battery door in position, and 2 magnets that hold the door on.

I have heard more than once that if your tank leaks, it could short out because the cover locks the juice in. Just heard stories.

My original Sig has a handful of dents and dings from waist-high drops onto asphalt and concrete - nothing seems to faze it.
That helps a lot, also. When I held it it felt solid. I just haven't found any real reviews on it. I guess it's still too new. All I have found is high light reviews and from what I can tell no long term use.

I'll go ahead and state the obvious. If you want something with reviews/opinions dealing with long term use. You need to buy something that's been out a long time. The nature of the beast of this industry is the next big thing is always around the corner, so long term use is becoming less and less of a thing a lot of reviewers/people are practicing.

Cheers,
Steve

I never thought that a mod being non-upgradeable was an issue since I mainly used ni200 and kanthal. Then I decided to give up the ni200 (for the most part) but still wanted temp control. I too was very interested in the Fuchia and Sig 150 TC but not supporting SS and not being upgradeable became a deal breaker. However, FWIW, I love SS in regular wattage mode. If you don't mind not having those features then the Fuchia is a great choice but the RX200 is a better choice, IMO.

But... Would the RX 200 stand up to a 4' drop to concrete if I knocked it off a plan table, (I don't expect my tank to survive.)? I have heard nothing but great things about the RX 200, except how durable it is.

Would the Fuchai survive the same fall? I've heard of a lot of people say that Sig's are durable but never seen a torture test.

I'm just the guy to start that type of a review blog. I have tore up 2 Life Proof cases over the coarse of as many years on one phone. Apparently they were not referring to my life, when they named the case. Maybe thats what I should start making, bad ass mod cases that are chemically cooled and can withstand me. If I can't kill it nothing can. I will say that my Eleaf iStick 50w and my Aspire Triton both took a 3 1/2' fall to a VCT floor, off a plan table. Not even a scratch or a dent.

And I'm the type of guy who would subscribe to that blog as I destroy everything I touch as well. I just bought a snow wolf that I'll be getting tomorrow. I'm giving it to the end of the week before it looks like its been through a blender.

I really like the Snow Wolf, it just felt too fragile to me. If I had an office job and never had to walk anywhere or move across anything harder than a mattress I would get one today. I may still go that route I haven't decided yet on which mod I'm getting. I need a Nerf Mod! Lol

I bought the mini. Considering the cost of the full size Snow Wolf, I'd much rather spend another $50 or so and get a DNA200.

I think he meant the Snow Wolf.
I didn't think that the Snow Wolf had paint. The one I looked at was Stainless and hard polished plastic, and the Sigelei has a coating that reminds me of Rhino Liner.

Personally I don't know what the Sig looks like under that plasti-dip looking stuff (I didn't imagine it would be durable from the looks), but I've got to imagine it would be better stripped than coated. My wife likes red and gets her mods in a nice, bold red - why can't I get a royal blue or navy blue on something instead of this baby bedroom crap?

The Sig 150tc comes in Royal Blue. As for the coating on them I reminds me of the spray on truck bed liner, that you buy at Pep Boys and DIY. Not as hard as the original Rhino Liner. If you properly clean the surface you can't get that stuff off with a grinder. Then again, I don't know what Sig uses, but that Rhino type coating (which I will add is Polyurethane Based) would be tough as hell on a Mod. It's heat resistant and fairly non toxic.

I quite like my Fuchai. I've got the 'ugly' blue one. Currently paired with a Velocity and a Ti build in it. The mod itself is a nice well built budget minded piece. I have some serious questions about how its handling the TC functions as the menu is pretty limited. But it seems to be doing what its supposed to do. No SS wire setting but I don't have any SS wire to see if I can fool the mod in Ti setting. Otherwise it's not going to change your life. Just a solid and cheap performer with decent power consumption. If you want fancy then wait for the better model with the color screen that is starting to roll out now.
