Silicon Valley returned to top form with “Binding Arbitration” as the gang found themselves in the heart of their legal battle against Hooli and discover that the company’s claims of ownership over Piped Piper may actually be legitimate.
It was a relief to see Big Head try and make good with Richard after all of this time, offering him a stolen Hooli phone that would’ve brought Nucleus’ terribleness to the forefront a la the tech journalist iPhone situation from a few years back. The resulting over-the-phone battle is one of the best scenes in the episode, with both parties wanting to say increasingly threatening things but their attorneys doing their best to coach them on the down low.
