Pretty simple recipe I made on a whim and turned out beautiful.
Delicate cheesecake with a light lemon taste to it, the french vanilla seems to make it a bit creamier and adds some fluff to the taste.

When first mixed, the lemon seems to rise to the top and tastes more dominate if you don't shake it every time before using. But, I can only imagine how good it will be after steeping a bit so the flavors can blend together nicely. I know both the french vanilla and cheesecake benefit from a good steeping when used standalone.
