Simple/or single addition to make Capella Vanilla Custard V1 more palatable?

Hello.

I'm looking for some simple recipe or single flavour to use/add to CAP VCV1 to make more suitable for vaping more or less hole day's.

VCV1 lacks something but I have sort of a dry spell as far as flavour inspiration is concerned, but CAP VCV1 should be the main profile for the taste or share it with something else but not anything spicy(I cannot tolerate anything spicier than vanilla, French vanilla is too spicy and cinnamon would destroy any pleasure completely.

I haven't been able to become friends with all these popular bakery flavours that seems to be liked generally, I do not find them to taste bad or anything but I don't see the appeal in flavours such as FA Zeppola, FA Wow, FA Cookie, Graham Crackers or cheesecakes.

I do really enjoy the smell of INW Biscuit, CAP New York Cheesecake(have had V2 thus far but recently got V1 instead but haven't experienced any discernible difference so far, though VCV2 is rubbish compared to VCV1) and CAP Sugar Cookie V2(am going to test V1 and have only used V2), INW Biscuit in particular smells delicious but then when I vape those flavours it isn't that good. I would compare smelling/vaping those flavours to eating freshly baked samples of related foodstuff and eating them instead the next day after having become old and dry(not spoiled). The taste is there but I haven't found anything to mix them with to make the taste moist, please note that this was a metaphor and I don't mean to say that the reason I don' enjoy vaping those 3 flavours is because the vapes becomes dry. I don't believe the attempts to use them have turned out dry but it could be apart of the reason why I don't like to vape them(though I really want to like them).
I have tried a couple very popular recipes using CAP NY Cheesecake and Sugar Cookie but although they have not been "old and dry" I have not enjoyed them more than as a after dinner vape, and I don't like vaping like that, I want to fill and have at least 2(1 Troll V2 & 1 Tornado, or 2 Tornado, or 3 Tornado) Atomizers filled with flavours that each one of them is perfectly fine to vape all day long.

My latest attempt to make a ADV CAP VCV1 liquid was:
4% CAP Vanilla Custard V1
0.25% FA Meringue
1% FA Caramel
2% FW Hazelnut

But I think it needs some more time to come together if it will work at all that is.

Regards

Here's one that is an ADV for me.
CAP Vanilla Custard v1 6%
FA Caramel 3%
CAP Sweet Cream 2%
Note, if you don't have the sweet cream you might try subbing it with the marshmallow, or just omit it, it just adds a bit of extra body (creaminess).

Based on that bit, and since you mentioned some FlavourArt flavors, there are a few you might like combining with your Capella: Fresh Cream, Vienna Cream, Marshmallow, Vanilla Classic. Any combo would work well. Or the other way around, you could make a bottle of this mild recipe and add Capella: http://vapingunderground.com/threads/hics-mellow-vanilla.1865/. I think you might prefer FA Vanilla Classic in that, though; Vanilla Bourbon is a deeper, bolder flavor.

It's quite a journey, this DIY stuff. So much that seems it should work doesn't and vice-versa. What's tasty and appealing now might not be so in 3 months. It's an interesting, and sometimes discouraging, process.

I started out just 8 months ago liking custards, but now not so much. I'm enjoying fruits so much more now but with lighter creams, or at least lighter amounts. My advice is to try everything. Buy as many flavors as you can, in small amounts, and try them all, you'll be surprised. One of my favorites right now is a recipe with TPA Berry Crunch Cereal. I wouldn't have considered it at all 6 months ago.

How about adding some fruit? TFA Strawberry Ripe or Blueberry Wild are great starting points. You'll probably want to back off the custard % a bit. I was similar to what bobnat mentioned. When I started DIY, 2yrs ago, I was so into Vanilla Custards I couldn't have imagined liking anything else. I eventually tried adding some fruits to my Custards and my palate bloomed from there. I now fully enjoy bakery, yogurts, straight fruit, teas and Tobaccos notes. Good luck!

Have you tried adding 0.5-1% FA Marshmallow yet?
I think it helps a bit with sweetness & mouthfeel.
1-2 drops of TFA Sweetener in 15ml seems to help with adding moisture too me thinks.

You can add some NY Cheesecake to your existing recipe too as it seems to work better mixed in with other flavors.
Start at 1-2% and work up if needed.

TFA Cheesecake Graham also works with Custard IMO.

I get some added sweetness by using 0.5% FA Zeppola.

You can try adding some FA Cookie if the INW Biscuit is too strong.
I'm only using 0.5-1% for either one usually.
