Hi. I'm looking into mixing my own e liquid but the problem I'm running into is that I can't find a place where i can buy Capella, flavour art etc. So, if anyone knows from where can i buy those it would really help.

Have you checked with Chef's Flavours in the UK? I've ordered from them a couple times. Their international shipping to the USA isn't too expensive, and is reasonably quick, so they may be a viable option for you as well.
