Small yet reliable clearomizer?

My wife is bound and determined that she is not going to step up from the small and cheap ego style battery and small clearomizer... I'm not sure what size these tanks are but my nautilus mini at 18mm is a good bit larger...

I've tried the Aspire K1 tanks, Smok RBC tanks, and another unknown brand with the long cotton wicks that come out of the coil and run down the tank into the juice... So far her favorite is the Smok RBC tanks but I'm having some difficulty finding coils for them... and the quality is just not there...

My question is... is there a small clearomizer or tank of some kind that would be skinny and small (about the size of these) but would have a little bit better quality vape to them? and would be able to find replacement coils?

I've tried to get her to upgrade but she wont because this thing is easier for her to conceal at work and in general because of it's small size.

Any suggestions?

I have some Aspire ET-S tanks (dirt cheap at VapeNW etc) - you can use the Aspire BVC coils (not the Nautilus ones), and they're good for stealth vaping. And they're tiny!

I had one of these, let Glen try it out and it's gone. Not like he "stole" it,he can't find it. How does that happen?

I had an et-s until some juice i had literally cracked it, and it was the glass one lol. I have a k1 but me personally for those type of tanks I prefer the ce5-s, not glass tho, I'm hard on stuff and stay away from tank crackers personally. I think the airflow and such on the ce5-s is a little better and they're like $3 at some shops.

Plus one on the Kanger aero mini - you can reduce the price by getting the Kanger Genitank mini - more or less the same thing but with chromed brass instead of SS. The new VOCC heads Kanger put out are pretty good, and the widely available, as are the older dual coils - which can be rebuilt as a single coil cotton wicked head. I do that for my wife, and she likes it.

I personally use Nauti minis on my ego devices, but I can highly recommend the Protank 2 mini for flavor,
and even IClear 16s work great with a new coil. Fasttech has great deals on any of these tanks and
especially the coils.

That's what I use, the Protank 2 mini. It gets a bad rep from people, but I've never had issues with any of mine.

With an eGo style battery a kanger T-2 would look nice and perform well.
