In today's review, we are having a look at the Smoant Charon TS 218. This mod is the latest one released for the Charon line from Smoant, and as the name suggests...its touch screen based. Touch screen mods in the ecig market have been notoriously tricky to work and deal with on a day to day basis... but this one surprisingly isn't.
