Could not find a thread about the Smok Quantum 80W so I decided to start one.
I would like to invite everybody to share their impressions and advices.

I just ordered it hoping to receive it soon, will have to wait some weeks.

In the meantime I made some research and found out that there's a problem with OTA update,
if performed the device is gonna brick
so if you want to unbrick or correctly update to the latest 1.1.0 firmware version
you will need a PC running Windows and a USB data Cable, the one provided with the mod is fine

which atom you use on it ?

I use the crown tank on it, with the .25 SS coils. It's small and stealth for work. Both of mine came updated out of the box

just received mine, version 1.1.0 installed, do not understand why the app on the phone is asking to update , the firmware is the latest available;
anyway tried to update via OTA from the app on the phone getting the mod bricked and had to follow the recover procedure described above to restore it
except for this annoyance, it is a great box, hope they will get this sorted out soon

Almost none of the OTA firmware update for any mod work worth a shit.
Good thing micro usb ports are still being put on them.

Currently using TC with SS coil, have to say it is really working great, love it so far except the app
