I watched a lot of reviews on youtube before buying this product but when I got it there was a whole new story. I may have just gotten a defective one because when using temp. mode I would have all settings correct (not a newbie here) and after one vape it would default back to watt control. I had to make a video of it doing this and they wouldn't give me a refund or store credit even though it plainly states in their agreement I can withing 45 days (FastTech) so the only thing I can get is a replacement. I will probably sell it on Ebay new and unopened. One more bad con on this mod. The way the battery door slides on, you have to push the batteries down while sliding the door, it tears the wrapping off the batteries. I don't know about all of you but I use good quality batteries that cost about $16 a pair which is about half the price of the mod. I had to buy new wraps and use my heat shrink gun on low setting to fix the wraps but this mod will continue to tear your wraps. Just a heads up from a fellow vape guy. Vape on
