Smok XCube mini TC battery issue!!! HELP!!!

Sorry didnt post the text I dont know why. I recently bought this box mod. Having problems. Cant vape I get LOW BATTERY message everytime I fire to try to vape. Using Sony 18650 batteries. Tried with Samsung too and get the same error. HELP

Just checking here... you're not trying to charge in the mod via USB, are you?
Can't be sure about the Mini, but my xCube won't do that... updates only.

The mini has that option but I tried it as well and it stays at 0 %. I also charged batteries independently with a charger.

As said above... reflash the firmware.

Go to the SMOK website, download the updater app (if you're using a computer which they support ? ) and read the instructions. Then ask us if it's still not clear.

Takes 5 minutes tops if all goes well.

Seems like you might have a bad one then. Can you take it back and exchange it? Might check the connectors inside to see if they are wired right. But Im not the one to help with that and you would probably void your warranty.

Yep sounds like a wonky board , I'd contact the seller for refund or replacement, good luck!!!

I have the Xcube 2, and I had about every software problem known with it, it died eventually but luckily I got a replacement.

All I can suggest is a clean reflash of the firmware, if you want the old Data flasher I can send it to you to do a completely clean install.
If this does not work however, I would say it is time to return it for another Xcube, or a different device .

Hey, for anybody else having this problem please try a new fully charged battery. I had his problem for three days, found this forum and found out that "cube" is junk, the new mod I purchased came with a new battery (with purchase) as well and I tried the new battery in my cube and it worked just fine. The vape is a piece of junk regardless because my screen only says "welcome, Bluetooth on/off, battery low" and all other times it's blank. I can't adjust the wattage or anything else. Tried everything to fix it but to no avail. Hope this helps someone else.

That sounds (maybe) like a "Stealth Mode" on power-up, but I haven't touched my X-Cube in over a year and am not set up to check it out ATM. Probably nothing so simple though.
