So, the idiots with degrees and goverment grants figured out poor people smoke more...yeah they have more stress in their lives.and they can't afford the more lucrative drug addictions.Here's an idea...help create an economy with well paying jobs instead of a society where the middle class has been gutted.and where having a collection of low paying shit jobs is called a economic succsess like Obama does at every jobs report.
