What's the purpose of the white vinegar ya got me I am a smpleton

for light fruits, chocolates, some creams, and light tobacco.. white vinegar is terrific..
it helps smooths blends and calms juices down a hair..
use apple cider vinegar for the darks

First, Imnlooking at these Tobacco Express flavors and wondering if you can recommend any and maybe some starting percentages. I dig a sweeter type, and maybe looking for something a little nutty or maybe chocolaty as well.
