I'm not a fan at all of the Vanilla Custard. I have FA Vanilla Classic, Vanilla Bourbon and Vienna Cream. Do you think any of those would work well as a replacement? The recipe sounds really good, Smoky. Also....... are you using VT nic?

Vanilla Classic could work and to spike it, use the bourbon..
I use my own nic.. I have tried the VT nic, it's good.. but.. I buy my nic in bulk.
Can't really tell a difference between the 2.
was thinking on snagging the capsicum to play with it a tiny bit with this..
