10% Green Apple (tart) tfa
2% Cranberry cap
1.5% Malic Acid

for sweetness.. 1-2% Sweetener.. if wanted..

you might have to play with the percentages, being that I have never tasted what you requested..
but i dont think i am too far off the mark from what you described

I know this thread is a little old, lol, but I saw Snapple and something clicked. The best i can recall, Snapple Apple has pear listed as one the main components. And thinking of the flavor, I think Pear mixed with apple may work.
