I have a load of 18650s (30+) and two other chargers. As a result, I don't need this charger or the pair of batteries. All are brand new. The WP2II charger comes with a 12VDC cable for in-car use, the usual wall adapter, and can charge USB devices. Batteries will come with a battery box.
