You're right she is sleek, slinky, sexy. Not that I get aroused over things, but yes she is a nice looking RDA. Hm, gee reckon that's why I bought her. *chuckles*
people here on VU have no idea of quality most want cheap.....
I like finding a nice balance of "affordable" with quality. As a general rule of thumb for my own budgeting, usually that means no more than about $50 for a mod. I got the Drone because I know of the name, Lost Vape. I've also heard good about the DNA chips in regulated devices.
I think this product (Lost Vapes Drone) was worth it to maybe once off spend over double my budget. I want decent quality from a mod. The Drone will be my first venture into a dual battery mod aside from a custom built one.
That custom mod gets very babied. I rarely use it for fear of hurting it. It's more of a collector item. I got it from
@JuicyLucy & I think iirc, it is one @Sonar made. I appreciate the quality of it but also realize it being fully wood, it has fragility. I know my klutziness so keep it put back for rare fits. And it hits like a steam engine full bore.
As for RDAs, my budget runs around $30 max usually. Then, too I see the quality in the Firefly RDA and figured it worth the extra expense. Got no problems paying for quality at all. It's just as you say though, most often we all of us, prefer getting the "best deals" (read cheapest thing you find).
All in, in my case it's all things in moderation, even moderation.
