It is black, I left it that way to give it a little contrast.
The paint is flawless on the battery cover.
It is the limited edition so it has the ohm symbols in the paint.

It's funny how easy the paint comes off some of these mods when you don't want it to, but how hard it is to remove when you want it off!
I sanded on that battery cover for over an hour.
