Brand new ! I brought 2 because one of these chargers on imrbatteries.com is $50.00 plus $9.00 Priority Mail shipping. But if you buy 2 the price drops to $35.00 and with shipping it was $81.56.
Price is what I paid with shipping $40.78. The only thing is it weighs 1 lbs 4oz. And can only be shipped 2 Day Priority Mail for $10.50. Total is $51.28. Shipping cheaper than $59.00 or vapordna.com has them in stock but it's $69.99/free shipping.
