Some questions regarding liquor flavorings in ejuice.

Would it be safe to include liquor flavored concentrates like rum or whiskey in my recipes? Would that be safe to vape? What's the difference between that and adding real liquor to my recipes? And if I do add them to the mix; would I need to air it out first before I start the steep?

Sorry for the many questions; I've just ordered Brandy and I'm excited to give it a go.
