4% FA Pear
1.5% FA Brandy
2% FA Fresh cream
1% Cap Egg nog
.50% FA Cinnamon Ceylon
2% FA custard
1% of FA honey 10%. As it is super strong I have a bottle of FA honey that is mixed at 10% of original strength and I used that solution as 1% total in this recipe.
If you want less spice use less egg nog and cinnamon
I think some Fuji will work well into this recipe as well, adding some next at 1%
