so I spilled 1/4 of a 30 ml bottle of snake oil "ruby" in my backpack and its obviously soaked at the bottom. but I was wondering how would I clean this? has anyone ever had this happen to them? will it just stain?

the components are basically water soluble, but the flavoring might stain - is the backpack washable? damp rag with warm/ hot water should pull a lot of it out, i would think
