Jeff Strain, the studio head of Undead Labs, confirmed to IGN there won't be any microtransactions in the upcoming zombie survival game.
State of Decay 2 will be released on May 22 for Xbox One and Windows PC as a Play Anywhere title. As is the case with every new title published by Microsoft Studios, the game will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on launch day.
