Storing and what amount

I wanted to know is there a special way or place to store PG and VG since I buy extra? Also I just got TFA Ethyl Maltol for my sweetener instead of TFA Sweetner to get away from Proplene Glycol and wanted to know if I use the same amount of the Ethyl Maltol as I did the Sweetener?

Buy 120ml glass "Boston round" bottles, put the vg and pg in them with as little air as the top as possible. Then put them in the freezer. They shouldn't freeze. But I heard that you shouldn't put them back in the freezer once you take it out. I am going to start doing this soon.
