Straight menthol recipe tfa

Hi,

I am trying to beat vapers lung and got bored of my 70/30 3mg unflavoured nic so I tried my juice again and still no taste - using alcohol free cavacol mouthwash btw. I have some tfa menthol and was wondering if anyone could give me a recipe for straight menthol to see if I can reset my taste buds with it.

I make my menthol flavor from crystals and use the result at 10% in juice. I've done the same with commercial flavor (mt baker's extreme ice) at 10% and couldn't tell the difference.

I don't vape menthol all the time but I keep it in an RTA for a good clean blast from time to time.

The FW stuff works well at 5%, assuming the TFA is the same.

For 30ml of unflavored base, just 10 drops of TFA Menthol may be enough.

TFA menthol liquid : At 0,25%, it is noticeable. Average for mix : 1.5% to 2.5%. Average single : 2%-4%.

I mixed at 5% and it was horrible, switched to a new mix of diy or die's pistachy4 and can't taste much. I went from bronuts which was good, couldn't taste much of funfetti or triple c's.

Maybe they're to similar? I am using a fresh triton .3 ohm coil at 80 watts.

Any thoughts?

If you want a more subtle mint, Inawera mixed mint is good and feels more natural.

Another good one from Inawera is Eucalyptus W/ Mint. I use this as a note in my menthol cig recipes sometimes & some vape it standalone.

Mixed mint : 0,5%-1% (mix) 2%-3% (single)
