stupidity in oz

as of todaystores like coles . safeway etc can only sell panadol or paracetamol in the new pack size or 16 tablets. old packs were 20. now if you want 20 size packs, you must but them at the chemist where they ask you why you need 20!!!
they say theu are doing this as there have been overdoses!!! can anyone tell me how does 4 tablets make any difference and why someone cant just go through to checkouts and but a pack in each!!!
the above pills are just dummys anyway, but it shows how pathetic this plastic world has become.

jimmi it is so so so bloody stupid. there is not a logical reason at all except now they will cost morei guess because of different packaging! imean what could you tell a chemist as to why you need 20 instead of 16!
whats next sell them in solo packs?
