how far down can I let the juice get? To the two holes? Because it says it's a 4ml tank, but not really if you have to fill it back up after 2mls.

I pretty much drain mine, however I have the original mini. Doesn't have the holes in the chimney barrel. Hopefully someone with the newer mini can chime in

I have an original as well as a new rba, and haven't had any problems going down past the holes on the newer one. Not completely down to the bottom of the tank, but pretty close before getting dry hits.

Okay, cool! I dont understand the hole thing and if they still hold juice once I go past them or what.

Your wick will hold quite a bit. But once that's gone...well, you'll know. ....lol!
