First, thanks to Huckleberried for the help as I used his Golden Oreo base. It just tasted like it would be a good sugar cookie.
CAP Sugar Cookie V2 3%
FA Vanilla Classic 2%
FA Cookie 2%
FA Meringue 0.5%
FA Fresh Cream 0.5 %
TFA Brown Sugar Extra 0.5%
This needs to steep, although at 2 days in my new plume veil clone with a 0.6 ohm single parallel coil at 35 watts, it is quite good.
I tried immediately after and daily since I made it. It is developing nicely. I used a graduated to cylinder to mix it.

It may be better with 1% vanilla classic and 1% vanilla Tahiti, instead of 2% vanilla classic, but I have not tried that. This is tasting pretty good to me so I don't know if I will try that change.
