Hey guys, so I've been meaning to grab an rda for my girlfriend. She knows nothing about building, maintaining, or wicking. She has made no suggestions in terms of her preferences, but I can guess at what she might like.
What I'd like advice on is-
RDA (duh)
Coil type (diameter, wraps, ohms, etc) for the suggested Atty, keeping in mind the mod/power range she might use.
She typically vapes Baby Beast coils around 65w. She loves the flavor from my goon v1.5. I run mine hot and sometimes it'll make her cough. Since she currently uses a single 18650 mod, her power requirements should be fairly modest. That said, I'll probably grab her an Oceanas single 20700 mod to give her a little more range. She'll probably always use power mode. Juice consumption isn't really an issue.
So. An RDA with these considerations-
She does not care one bit about clouds. We are adults.
Kidding!
Flavor over EVERYTHING. She can use her tanks for convenience.
Fairly modest power consumption.
Nothing more complex than spaced claptons (I'll be doing all of the building and maintenance)
Good capacity/juice well depth is a plus.
Best sealing and tolerance for the occasional over drip is also a plus. I haaaaaate when I overdrip while driving, or in the dark. Or anytime now that I think of it.
Filling (GGreen style) through the drip tip is preferred.
I guess the things I'm not sure about are the build deck design, because I only have experience with the Kylin, velocity and Goon. I'm tenacious and patient so I'm not that concerned.
Also, single or dual coil? Obviously single coil seems to be the right choice due to the power constraints, but I could easily be missing something. I've done a few different setups and can't tell a world of difference in flavor between sc and dc builds. I know that sounds crazy.
I would just buy her a Goon like mine, but I believe there is a better choice out there in most or all categories.
