Dean's gone full Hulk again. He had to after the death of Charlie. If she died simply to push his plot forward, it had to be worth it. So far... well, Dean's gone to a place he's never been before. His extreme rage and desire for revenge was something to behold, but three points in particular were worrisome. His general lashing out at the Stynes? Eh. A lot of it was boring. Except for the kid, the family was populated with interchangeable bodies (and body pieces) that didn't make an impression. We've seen Dean rack up a high body count before.

No, it was Dean telling Sam he belonged on the funeral pyre instead of Charlie. That's problematic. It's also a little hollow because Dean vowed to wipe out the people responsible for Charlie's death, but he didn't kill Sam. Dean beating the snot out of Castiel to the point of pulling the angel blade on him was another turning point. The Mark is affecting him, and it's a bigger issue because Dean thinks he has complete control over his actions.
